The District in Chesterfield, Missouri is a one of a kind entertainment destination with live music, exceptional food and beverage, family friendly attractions and a great mix of retail offerings.

The first phase of the project kicked off with the opening of our two anchors:

1) The Factory, a state of the art 3,000-capacity live music and events facility with cutting edge sound, lighting and finishes

2) Main Event, a national family entertainment concept which features billiards, bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes course, arcade, and virtual reality games as well as a full-service restaurant and sports bar.

The “front door” of the District will be The Hub at The District, offering a gorgeous outdoor space that includes an eye-catching outdoor pavilion with a large LED screen, a sound system and a stage for performances, and plenty of space perfect for gatherings and events.  Flanking the pavilion will be four iconic sit-down restaurants and a brewery/social hall and beer garden.  This will be the heart of the District and a culinary mecca for the Saint Louis area.
