Bands that win their respective nights will move on to the Grand Finale on September 26th. By checking this box, you are confirming that you will be available if your band moves on to the finale.*

All bands are required to pay the $100 entry fee in order to participate. This money helps cover the costs of hosting the event, so that all money raised during the event can go to the non-profits of each night. By checking this box, you agree to pay the non-refundable $100 entry fee if your band is selected.*

This is a family-friendly event. Bands are required to play non-explicit versions of songs. Any vulgur language or behavior on our stage will result in an immediate suspension of your performance, disqualification and no refunds provided. By checking this box, you agree to this policy.*

Bands will play one 25 minute set per night. All bands must submit their setlists by September 1, 2025. No changes to set lists will be accepted after September 1, 2025. Any band that goes over their 25 minute alloted time will be cut off via sound technician. *

Bands are required to bring their own equipment for their performance. We will provide a sound technician and PA system, but any other equipment is required by the band. This includes a drum kit.

Once bands are selected, they will receive the contact information for our sound technician to answer any questions on what is/isn't provided by the sound technician. By checking this box, you agree to this policy.*

All bands must perform at least one original song. This song must be designated as original on your setlist when you submit your setlist. Any bands that do not perform at least one original will be disqualified. By checking this box, you agree to this policy.*

Four bands will perform each night. Bands will have 15 minutes to set up and run through sound check. Any bands that go over their 15 minutes will have time taken away from their 25 minute set. Last year, we did not have any bands go over their 15 minute set up time. This time limit is designed to keep the audience engaged. Our sound technician will do everything possible to ensure you get set up and are good to go in the alloted time. By checking this box, you agree to this policy.*

Bands will have 15 minutes to tear down their equipment and vacate the stage so that the next band can begin. Any bands that do not tear down and vacate in that alloted time will recieve a penalty on their vote counts (Up to 10 votes). By checking this box, you agree to this policy.*

Votes will be tallied the night of the event. Votes are sold at the event for $5 each, with a limit of 10 per guest. All funds raised go to the non-profit of the night.

Night 2: CHADS Coalition for Mental Health

Night 3: Wlak To End Alzheimers

Finale: Profits split between all three non-profits.

By checking this box, you agree that no money from vote tickets will be given to your band. *

Every band that makes it into the finale will win a cash prize.

1st Place Prize: $1,000

2nd Place Prize: $750

3rd Place Prize: $500.

Because you will receive a cash prize, we do require that you submit a W-9. Requests for W-9s will be made if your band has made it to the finale.*
